Our on-site workshop allows us to manufacture your designs with CoolShocks’ own experienced team of carpenters, joiners and finishers. And a great team needs state of the art equipment and we also have that on-site; our workshop covers 2 floors and is kitted out with the latest tools and machinery. Our most recent purchase is an AXYZ Trident CNC machine for drilling, cutting, engraving, routing and 3D finishing which ensures accuracy in our work and streamlines the manufacturing process.

We also work with many professional partners who are highly skilled in other trades including spray finishers, metal fabricators, electricians and installation partners. This means we can handle every aspect of your project from our hub here in Lichfield. Using local partnerships wherever possible.

Our install team are very experienced in the exhibition and travel retail industry. Many have airport clearance and hold CSCS cards which enables them to work on sites throughout the UK and Europe. Their experience means that they have worked in all popular exhibition spaces a number of times allowing them to work quickly and efficiently, developing great relationships with site managers and exhibition officers alike. Their skill set is second to none meaning they can handle a wide variety of projects from festival activations, trade show installs to shopfitting and graphics applications. Troubleshooting where necessary and keeping the clients happy on site along with project managers.

We have European and International installation partners too so you can be assured that if your event is outside the UK, CoolShock are able to handle that with ease!

As well as installation, we also have dedicated drivers who are able to transport your items direct to the venue or destination. This means you can be assured that your goods are delivered with care and on time. We offer this service throughout the UK and Europe, also partnering with logistics companies to get your projects around the rest of the globe.
